PROJECT MANAGER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives. 
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. 
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. 
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget. 
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. 
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. 
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. 
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed.

  • Coordinate Tasks with Freelancers.
  • Manage Jr. Project Managers.
  • Monitor overall project and report to mancom.

FINANCE AND OPERATIONS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients related to finance and accounting processes. 
  • Work closely with senior consultants to design and configure Dynamics 365 Finance solutions that meet client needs and objectives. 
  • Support the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, and Fixed Assets. 
  • Conduct system testing and assist in the resolution of issues identified during the testing phase. 
  • Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-go-live phases. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets. 
  • Stay informed about the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365 Finance and Microsoft Power Platform. 
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Dynamics 365 Finance implementations. 
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients to discuss project status, deliverables, and next steps. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. 
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or other ERP systems is an Advantage. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established deadlines. 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the field of ERP consulting. 
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or related areas are a plus. 
  • Eligibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and project-related activities, as needed. 

JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation- both internal & third party.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on projects status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating potentials risks.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is deliver to their satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills.
  • Has at least 1 year experience as Junior Project Manager.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. 
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. 
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling necessary materials, and ensuring follow-up on action items. 
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed travel itineraries. 
  • Expense Management: Track and report executive expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure timely reimbursement. 
  • Office Management: Maintain the executive’s office environment, ensuring it is organized and functional. Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed. 
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive. Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support decision-making. 
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. 
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
