FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing financial data, trends and patterns to identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Providing leadership in creating a culture of risk management in the organization.
- Managing budgets and developing financial plans to meet organizational goals.
- Providing guidance to junior finance staff members on complex accounting issues.
- Developing financial models to support strategic planning activities.
- Participating in strategic planning sessions with other departments to determine resource requirements.
- Preparing reports on financial performance to identify areas of improvement or concern.
- Creating financial models using computer software to forecast future performance based on current conditions.
- Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 5 year’s proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standard, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Details-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Ethical and trustworthy with sensitive financial information.
MARKETING SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listen to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its a day-to-day implementation.
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice“
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels ( digital, press etc.)
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration major in Marketing Management or other related courses.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Good Customer Service Skills.
- Has at least 1 year experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation- both internal & third party.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on projects status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potentials risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is deliver to their satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills.
- Has at least 1 year experience as Junior Project Manager.
FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information to a client.
- Solve clients’ problems.
- Make a diagnosis which may necessitate redefinition of the problem.
- Assist with implementation of recommended actions.
- Build a consensus and commitment around a corrective action.
- Facilitate client learning.
- Create necessary documentation.
- Permanently improve organizational effectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information Technology or any related course.
- Experience in implementing end-to-end ERP or CRM system.
- Knowledge on coding and system architecture.
- Have at least created an end-to-end system.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 is a plus.
